SEAK is founded on the concept that collaboration between small firms and contractors is an efficient, cost-effective solution to producing exceptional designs and project outcomes. Synergy by definition denotes the interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations, substances, or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects. SEAK has established a network of skilled and knowledgeable collaborators throughout the region that includes traffic engineers, surveyors, structural engineers, civil engineers, planners, attorneys and contractors. In house SEAK provides permitting and entitlements assistance to both novice and seasoned developers along with small community water and wastewater design.
To provide high-quality engineering and consulting services in a collaborative atmosphere that fosters creativity while protecting public health and safety.
