SEAK worked with local developers and architects to gain City of Bozeman site plan approval for over 12,000 SF of mixed commercial space on 1.3 acres of designated commercial land. SEAK prepared infrastructure design for municipal water and wastewater connections, site grading design, stormwater design, and site plan application materials for the project.
